Gold: abundant aromatics of apricot, peach, pineapple integrated with French oak and flavours of mango, clove, orange peel;

Riesling: aromatics of fresh orange, spice, lemon and lime - this rich and elegant wine shows great texture with concentrated flavors of peach, apricot with a hint of clove, balanced by a crisp and lively acidity;

Cabernet Franc: unique sparkling ice wine shows aromatics of cherries, strawberries - lively flavors of raspberries, rhubarb and a repeat of strawberries are abundant, all balanced by a crisp acidity.
